The culminating session of #NAAC19 will offer lunch (provided) over a moderated panel discussion of sitting athletics directors who made their way to The Chair by way of the Compliance Office. Attendees will gain insight into the value of a compliance background for an athletics director, how such experience impacts one’s decision-making and philosophy in leading a department as well as techniques for communicating with upper administration and building one’s skill set within and beyond compliance.
