Trust – if you build it, the engagement in compliance will come! This session will discuss how to create trust in working relationships, leading to positive outcomes even when being faced with challenging situations. Attendees will be provided with strategies regarding how to establish a strong foundation of trust with student-athletes and coaches, how to maintain the relationship of trust, and ways to properly engage with your audience (e.g., millennials; generation x, etc.).
