The International Society of Fire Service Instructors panel of experienced instructors and training officers is ready to help you deliver the most effective company-level training possible. Company-level training (or small-group training) is challenging for beginning and experienced instructors, and success is the only option. Topics include skill retention, incorporating new skills for veterans, and effective delivery tips that make training stick. Company officers, training officers, and firefighters will improve their ability to make a difference. Participants will create and demonstrate new skills in small groups throughout the workshop.
