This hands-on class demonstrates how to operate efficiently using firefighter safety research to enhance fireground tactics. Controlling the flow path is the cornerstone of the course. Students receive instruction on Fire Attack with Door Control, Search, and Fire Behavior and partake in a high-fidelity interactive experience with an experienced international instructor group at three rotating stations. Students will be able to implement the skills, developed from “Evidence-Based Tactics,” on their evolving firegrounds.
