What's New with NORA - Education, Training and New Technology (Room Cocoa 4)

What do these three things have in common?  Better training!  But training costs money, and having employees train means time they are not servicing customers, long drives and lost income. NORA is leading the way in developing training and online resources to improve the abilities of our companies and employees. Don Farrell will describe how companies and employees can use learning/noraweb.org, the training resources available, and our march to an online learning platform. John Levey will focus on the development of NORA's Gold program, and the modular training program that improves performance in the field and Dr. Tom Butcher will share with the audience what new technologies he is working on.
