Technology. Efficiency. Monitoring. Optimization…. They’re all just words. I just want to take some trucks off the road. In today’s ever connected world, we keep hearing about words and catch-phrases implying that things will just get better, and that you will make more money. Included in that are the benefits of remote monitoring. In this presentation, we will leave the realm of the theoretical, and explain how you can use tank monitors, along with the data that you already have to actually impact your bottom line. We will stay away from just throwing out numbers that sound good but might be hard to fully embrace and show you some clear methods towards lowering your cost of operations. Monitors are a step in the right direction, but unless used as part of a fully comprehensive – AND AUTOMATED – plan to lower your operating costs, they could turn out to just be another piece of technology that was “good in theory, but poor in practice.”
