COMMITTEE MISSION: To identify and communicate to the membership the challenges and concerns facing ethnic minority student-athletes and provide a forum for members to discuss these issues, generate ideas and share current practices to enhance their academic success, life skill development, and career readiness. Additionally, the group is committed to impacting underserved communities at the regional and national conferences, and increasing HBCU institutional/individual engagement and N4A.
