Restaurant facility professionals are challenged to provide tools that help measure and manage the atmosphere, brand management and dining experience for their guests. Much of what drives that guest back to dine, ties hand in hand with the facility. With the rise of companies such as GrubHub, Postmates, and UberEats, consumers are visiting restaurants less and when they do, they have high expectations. The act of “grabbing dinner” is made simple by a swipe on our mobile devices. Consumer behavior is effected by how the environment makes them feel, that feeling can drive the connection to the restaurant and create a loyal guest. These consumer emotions are key to getting loyal customers. These tools are the future to ensure that the brand maintains an expected standard, as well as to give the employees confidence in their leaders to provide support so they can get to what they love, please the customer!
