Service is a skill, and hospitality is a spirit. Service is what you do FOR your guests, hospitality is what you do WITH them. In today’s world, If you think good service is why people return to your business, it's a safe bet you won't stay in business. People expect -- and with their dollars demand -- memorable experiences that they will willingly repeat and share. If good product and service is all you have to offer, you’re not offering much.
