The US Army is making significant progress in the integration of EW, SIGINT and Cyber to develop a capability to advance multi-domain operation against peer and near-peer adversaries. Yet there are challenges to developing this one concept for the Army, which will continue to drive changes across DOTMLPF. This panel will examine how the Army is changing acquisition to be more proactive and adaptive to achieve and maintain superiority across all domains.
