Calling all AOC members:
An annual meeting of members will be held in order to vote by written ballot on the proposed amendment to the AOC Foundation Articles of Incorporation. During the 2018 election, according to Virginia legal statutes, we did not meet the minimum votes required to enact the change to the articles of incorporation. The AOC is therefore going to hold an AOC meeting of the members. If you didn’t cast your vote during the previous election cycle, you will be given a chance to vote on this single issue. Those that had previously cast their ballot will not be allowed to vote, as their vote has already been counted. For more information on the amendment, please stop by the AOC membership booth in the Crows' Nest.
Immediately following the bylaws member vote, Chapter Officers and/or their representatives will gather to find out what’s new at AOC and how that impacts your chapter as well as discuss 2019 activities.
