Winning the EMS is foundational to success across all other domains, but it is far from easy. The future of EMSO is driving significant changes across DOTMILPF, which presents challenges and opportunities for both government and industry. To ultimately equip the warfighter for victory, we must prepare to fight across multiple domains using multi-function systems to deliver a capability that will project, achieve, and sustain EMS superiority against our adversaries. Is government and industry ready for the changes already taking place and on the horizon? What questions do we need to ask a community to take full advantage of the opportunities in front of us?
