The big promise of drone technology in agriculture was to give ag producers actionable data. But are we, as service providers, really providing that actionable data? A colorful NDVI map that sits on your customer’s desk doesn’t help them (or you). Too often, the solution we want to provide is not what our customers need. This session will demonstrate the benefits of using a consultative and collaborative process with customers. Using on-farm case studies, participants will learn how they can provide truly functional solutions to ag problems such as disease, pests, irrigation issues and chemical damage. The result is a positive, ongoing ROI through reduced input costs or increased yield.
