Built on the campus of a decommissioned acute care inpatient facility, the new Camden Health and Wellness Center reimagines how Virtua engages and cares for its patients, creating not just another healthcare setting but an environment that focuses on holistic health and addressing social determinants of health. Come hear how the new facility is designed to tackle population health in an urban community where demand for services is high, access to healthcare is limited, and patients can be reluctant to follow through on care plans.
