Keeping the team engaged throughout a multiyear design and construction project can be challenging, but it is essential for the success of the project. During the five-year creation of the new Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center, hundreds of team members were engaged at varying and unique levels. Come hear how this team planned this engagement and utilized different tools to maintain excitement for a building that would enhance the ability to apply the world-class care that Cleveland Clinic is known for.
