This two-for-one workshop lays out concepts and strategies to improve leadership skills and used-car strategies by emphasizing what it takes to be a champion in today’s business climate. The leadership section will emphasize leadership skills designed to improve all aspects of one’s daily activities. The used-car section will outline “how-to strategies” to maximize turn, volume and gross profit. The combination will help dealers “champion” what is important and maximize profit potential.
