This workshop will present the tools of baseline analysis needed to make an informed decision about investing in, acquiring or selling a new-car dealership. One of its primary objectives is to demystify the process of dealership valuations. Additionally, the workshop will expose attendees to potential pitfalls of poor forecasting methods used to determine the timetable for recouping the investment.
