MIS symposium is part of the MIP committee at NASS. This symposium will address recent advancements in MIS technology followed by different case scenarios. Experts will debate their take on each case presentation. There will be discussion on means to adopt MIS in your practice.

 

Upon completion of this session, participants should gain strategies to:

  • Explain advances in minimally invasive spine (MIS) surgery;
  • Recognize complications unique to MIS spine surgery;
  • Know the risks and benefits of newer MIS approaches;
  • Determine patient selection and candidacy for MIS surgery.
