The 2018 Yellow Book is in effect for financial audits, attestation engagements and reviews of financial statements for periods ending on or after June 30, 2020. It also applies to performance audits beginning on or after July 1, 2019. During this session, leaders from the Government Accountability Office will break down these important new requirements.
