Natural means many things to the consumer, but are the flavor and food industries really using natural to it’s greatest effect? This presentation will explore “natural” beyond its current flavo(u)r declarations and dig further into sustainable and renewable as areas to create value, not only in terms of upstream creation of ingredients but also using this to create brand value and recognition with a growing number of consumers who are looking for more ethically produced products across a wide range of applications and cohorts.
