Cable operators are providing much more than network connectivity. They are providing a connected experience, which can include not just the home gateway, but also various mobile devices connecting through the gateway. In this workshop, Ericsson will review the latest trends in C2C and B2C use cases, devices and UX – including services on smartwatches, smart speakers, smart TVs, websites and even more exotic devices like smart mirrors. CommScope will cover the architecture, new hardware devices, and new visual skills opportunities the operator must have to capture some of the new revenue and OPEX savings these solutions will allow.
