OSHA lists 14 required pieces of information that need to be on every entry permit. This session will review the information OSHA requires on each permit and will discuss these requirements including:
- Supervisory and employee responsibilities
- Training procedures
- Management of change
- Periodic reviews
- Coordination of information with other parties needing access to the space
