Designed for small groups and hosted in the Expo Hall, these interactive presentations feature equipment demonstrations, hands-on time and an opportunity for questions and answers.
Before a permit-required confined space can be entered, the atmosphere must be tested using the steps identified on the permit. Verification testing is done to make sure that the chemical hazards that may be present are below the levels necessary for safe entry, and that they meet the conditions identified on the permit. This session will discuss the requirements for testing, monitoring and how to properly calibrate and maintain monitors to ensure safe operation.
