Join us for a tour of Rahr Malting where you will be guided through the malting process; transforming barley into brewing malt! Tour will consist of visiting several malthouses on campus as well as the new Rahr Malting Technical Center, featuring a state-of-the-art brewery and lab. See where malt, and other brewing ingredients, are bagged and distributed to craft brewers around the country.
Group will meet at the Hilton Minneapolis lobby at 8:45 a.m. and a bus will take everyone to the facility promptly at 9 a.m. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes.
