This presentation focuses on ensuring that the attendee is able to recognize the signs of depression, PTSD and other mental health conditions, as well as recognize when suicide risks are present. This presentation will share some stories of public safety personnel who have battled mental health issues with very different outcomes. It will also discuss resources that are available to responders, their friends and family members. It will conclude with a questions and answer period.
