Company officers and firefighters from all over the Commonwealth will have the opportunity to participate in a facilitated discussion regarding current issues facing them in the fire service. This is an opportunity to compare issues among departments and to learn from each other’s successes and failures. The group will capture topics to be discussed by Chief officers in the afternoon session. Attendees are invited to sit in and listen in the afternoon session to see how the Chiefs discuss and find possible solutions to the identified issues. The afternoon session will join the Chief Officer Shakers in Suite 4 CDE for insight on the morning discussion.
