Everyone likes a humming economy, but the reality is that when many employers are competing for the same pool of workers, hiring standards can slip. And with lots of turnover, team cohesion can be harder to maintain, which in turn can make it much more difficult to ensure safety and quality standards. This session will discuss safety, teamwork and emotional intelligence.
