Look at the context and implications of the world, business and family enterprise that all family enterprises operate in today. Consider why families that want to succeed need to work to develop their overall capacity to think more effectively, handle emotions, lead more effectively and with greater agility. This session will discuss the framework of vertical leadership development in general, and leadership agility in particular, including the agilities and stages of development in pivotal conversations, teamwork and organizational/family change.
