Meet in the lobby of the Sheraton, Omni, or the Hilton at 6:30 pm.
Buses will begin departing at 6:45 pm to Billy Bob's. Buses will shuttle between Billy Bob's and the hotels with the last bus leaving Billy Bob's at 11:30 pm.
