Stop by The Camp for a series of short, focused conversations around industry-specific career and workplace topics. These sessions will be led by experienced Camber Outdoors mentors from various companies and will address topics such as negotiating a promotion or pay raise, effectively navigating a career path within the outdoors industry and overcoming race/gender bias. Attendees will rotate to several mentors during an allotted amount of time to gain valuable knowledge and insights to help advance their career.
