In this session, senior-level leaders in the healthcare industry will share personal journeys as well as describe the importance of mentoring and networks, organizational support for diversity, risk-taking, professional development and education in advancing aspiring leaders. Finally, panelists will share their top advice for developing a generation of leaders that is both diverse and inclusive, as well as how organizations can support rising leaders on their path (e.g., leadership development program).
