It's a transformation requiring clinical leaders to be deeply involved in process changes that don't come naturally for many organizations. In this session, you’ll hear one organization’s physician leader share an honest portrayal of the organization’s journey preparing for the solutions and processes that form a clinically driven revenue cycle. Attendees will learn about the organization’s experiences in uniting clinical and financial teams to prepare for go-live and achieve a CDRC transformation.
