Due diligence is where stakeholders can start to find ways for a deal’s proposed ROI timeline to be shortened. In addition to identifying potential red flags, a well-structured and efficiently executed comprehensive due diligence program can allow stakeholders to begin addressing and ideally resolving potential problem areas that in the past could have killed a deal altogether. This session will discuss transaction due diligence in the context of going beyond traditional methods, which tend to stop at attempting to identify major “deal killers.”
