Virtua Health in Southern New Jersey has been participating in CMS's voluntary Bundled Payment for Care Improvement program since April 2015. Participants will learn how, through physician gain-sharing, care redesign and management of post-acute services, the system was able to save more than $20 million while improving clinical outcomes.
