Times are changing. Older workers (“Traditionals” and “Baby Boomers”) are delaying their retirement and holding positions that younger generations would have normally occupied. "Generation Y” or “Millennial” workers are now the largest generation in the workforce and occupy more than 20% of leadership positions. And Generation Z is right behind them! Multi-generational workplaces are enriching, dynamic and often fraught with conflict and challenge. This session explores the basic differences and similarities of each generational cohort and offers ideas on how to improve collaboration and teamwork.
