The participants of the World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO) Graduate Institute have spent the past week evaluating customer requests and creating a plan that includes a customer profile and implementation considerations. The participants have also participated in a serious of leadership sessions to help them discover and develop their strengths, effectively manage teams, and lead within their own cold storage facilities.
