Roasted corn and potato chowder (vegetarian). Grilled all American hamburgers with cheddar and jack cheese. Lettuce, tomato, red onions, and pickles on fresh hamburger buns (ketchup, mayo, mustard on side). Black bean burgers (vegetarian) available upon request. Penne pasta salad with roasted vegetables and fresh herbs. Build your own salad bar: featuring crisp iceberg lettuce, shaved carrot, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, croutons, ranch dressing, balsamic vinaigrette and oil & vinegar. Old fashion chocolate cake and Snickerdoodle cookies.
