As the world continues to change at a rapid pace, it’s imperative for even the most senior leaders to “show up” with a more strategic leadership approach in order to gain followership and commitment from those around them. In this session, we discuss what being strategic actually means, introduce the concept of leadership “style,” and explore how one can adjust style to influence people, enhance leadership reputation, and impact results.
