We will explore ways that waste to energy facilities are taking advantage of opportunities in the energy markets, including case study examples. This includes ways to significantly increase the value of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) being produced—and how to capture that value; strategies to improve cash flow by taking advantage of forward electric market pricing opportunities through both load and generation management; and considerations regarding existing PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) that may be approaching the end of contract.
