Community acceptance is a critical component of successful technology change management in higher education institutions, which leads to successful technology adoption. Using the example of Lewis University, this session will examine practices that can gain community acceptance of technological changes in higher education. You’ll also take part in a group discussion that identifies essential elements to consider when soliciting community acceptance of technological change in a college/university environment.
