UB Tech 2019

AC12 | Leveraging FLEXspace to Improve Learning Space Planning, Design, and Implementation (Room Dade)

Are you involved in campus learning space planning, design, or implementation? Struggling to engage your “team of rivals” from facilities, AV, IT, ID, faculty, and more? Find out how to apply an integrated planning process to align resources and stakeholders, and gain tools, examples, and strategies to help tackle your next project. You’ll learn about the Flexible Learning Environments eXchange™ community portal (FLEXspace) and discuss how it can help support the planning, design, and documentation of campus learning spaces to improve stakeholder engagement. You’ll get hands-on practice using FLEXspace to browse inspirational learning spaces from around the world, search for designs to meet specific requirements, and tag your favorites to drive conversations with stakeholders. You’ll also learn how to use FLEXspace to document and showcase your projects inside and outside your institution. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or mobile device and photos of your campus learning space.

Note: This session is presented by FLEXspace, a UBTech program partner.
