BOMA’s Research Committee focus is to investigate research topics and issues related to operating and managing commercial properties (e.g., repurposing existing buildings, densification/new tenant space configurations, the Internet of Things (IoT) and publish and present insights. The committee serves as a research partner to BOMA International’s committees and local associations and major members by providing niche research. In addition, the committee partners with BOMA staff in enhancing relevant reference and research materials, such as the annual Office EER and Industrial EER and the bi-annual Economic Impact Study.
