The International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA) will offer 6-hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE)* for the fifth year during the National Cannabis Industry Association’s (NCIA) annual Cannabis Business Summit & Expo.
Attendees are in for something special with California's final regulations coming online this year. The program will examine the regulations and pain points application to each stop in the vertical chain of commerce and each license type, including those faced by cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, delivery services, retail spaces, and more. Each panel includes a regulator pertinent to the topic and will compare and contrast the issues that each type of licensee faces from the perspective of multiple jurisdictions, often using California to compare and contrast different state-level methods.
*CLE credits obtained for California, with credit pending in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, New York, and New Jersey, among others, based on INCBA's CLE Credit Policy.
