- Everyone will come together to discuss the scenarios.
The objective of this exercise is to help reinforce the realities of an emergency situation. Groups will be asked if their response to the provided scenario is in line with their venue’s emergency plans. If not, have we identified improvements that should be made to our plans? Is every member of your staff prepared to respond? Your plan may look great on paper, but does it take into consideration how the psychological and physiological effects of an emergency situation will affect your staff’s ability to respond?
