Explore two case studies in which the implementation of a virtual ergonomics program both improved employee health and saved companies money. In the first case, a global technology company opted to move from an on-site model to a virtual solution. In the second case study, a public services agency addressed its increasing workers’ compensation costs by rolling out a blended virtual solution. This session will outline the fundamental premises of the two organizations’ programs, as well as the goals for utilizing technology to drive further improvements now and into the future.
