PM3 | On-Site Early Intervention Programs — Understanding How and Why It Works at Tennant Company (Room Champagne 2)

Since 2017, Tennant Company has provided on-site early intervention for work- and nonwork-related musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Gill and Ms. Philipp will discuss the success of this on-site program, which has resulted in a decrease in both injuries and their related costs while increasing employee satisfaction and special project completion. They will explain how to set a program up at your facility, the lessons Tennant learned about creating an engaging and employee-centered program, and what metrics to measure to prove ROI and program success.
