Each of has made mistakes during our sales career.  This is true for those of us who sell to consumers as well as business-to-business.  Of course, making mistakes is part of growing and becoming a sales professional.  Unfortunately, many of us continue making the same mistakes over and over.  The reason this happens is that we often do not understand some of the basic concepts and skills that we need to continuously learn and practice; therefore, it is difficult to recognize how to best eliminate these mistakes.
