Managers may contribute to employee retention by improving overall job satisfaction. Losing good employees affects both productivity and morale. By effectively managing employees, managers can make a positive difference in the organization.

Each employee has an obligation to observe and follow your company’s policies while maintaining proper standards of conduct at all times. If an individual’s behavior interferes with the operation of your business then corrective disciplinary measures must be taken.
