BOEM is in the midst of reviewing five construction and operations plans (COPs). This panel represents an opportunity for developers and federal agencies to share lessons learned so far during these first COP reviews. Topics will include:

Content of the COP, including project design envelopes, departures from regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality.
