As the offshore wind energy industry in the United States develops, a key challenge facing the industry is navigating the regulatory requirements for worker HSE. Panelist include representatives from federal regulatory agencies the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), who will discuss the regulatory requirements and who has jurisdiction and over what. Experienced panelists will offer insights on the challenges, similarities, and differences for offshore EHS.
